Leasing CRM
Built right into the Command Center is a full-featured leasing CRM.
Here you can track each lead, see the leasing event history, log internal notes and set reminders.
Leasing Events
RentEngine automatically logs each new online lead and contacts them right away via text and email. For other new leads (like referrals or walk-ins) just use the Add Prospect button.
Most leasing events are automatically logged for you, including Showing Scheduled, Showing Complete and Application Sent to Prospects.
And you can manually add leasing events like Looking too Early, Not Interested and Application Received.
If a prospect is interested in multiple units, switch between them with the dropdown up top
Internal Notes
To keep track of interesting things the prospect says or does, you can add unlimited Internal Notes. These are visible to everyone else on your team so that nothing slips through the cracks.
Set Reminders
Whether you want to manually follow up with a prospect in 1 hour or 1 day, you can set personal reminders. You'll also get a push notification for them if you have the phone app downloaded.
See Scheduled Follow Ups
RentEngine automatically nurtures and follows up with each lead for you. You can see when the next scheduled follow up will get sent.
Unit Info
When you pull up a prospect, the Command Center automatically loads in the Unit Info to help you respond to questions faster and not have to hunt for info in another system

Save yourself from switching between systems to call and text prospects
Calling
In the Command Center, just click "Call". It connect through the computer or phone from your dedicated leasing number. And when prospects call you, they'll come right through.
All calls are automatically logged in the prospect's chat history.
Texting
Send and receive texts on your dedicated leasing number through the Command Center. No opt-in required.
Snippets
Stop copy/pasting the answers to common questions. Snippets let you quickly reply to 30+ common questions without hunting for the answer. In the text box, just type "/" to choose the right answer.
Showings Calendar & Scheduling
Scheduling and completing showings has never been easier with our integrated showings calendar.
Calendar
At the top of the Command Center you'll see all of today's showings. Each row has the status, prospect's name, address and time.
Clicking on a showing will open up that prospect's profile where you can call, text and log leasing events.
Scheduling
You have the choice between scheduling showings directly or making the prospect do the pre-screening first.
Both are easy, just hit Action and choose the option you prefer. RentEngine will automatically log the leasing events and text the prospect.
Generate Lockbox Codes
Right from the Command Center generate SentriLock and Codebox codes
Logging Accompanied Showings
For accompanied and remote-guided showings, you can directly log the feedback and next steps. Just hit Start Showing and then Showing Complete. The phone app event lets you do this on-site for a smoother prospect experience.
Phone App
Access the full power of the Command Center from your phone. Generate lockbox codes, log showing feedback, and text/call prospects with the RentEngine app for iPhone and Android.
