We've added another smart lock integration to your toolkit! You can now connect PointCentral to RentEngine to power seamless self-guided showings with automated access code generation.

That means no more manual code creation, no switching between platforms, and real-time access control that works the moment your prospects arrive.

Full-featured Integration

Through our partnership, your PointCentral locks are accessible via the Lockboxes tab in your RentEngine account (both on web and via the phone app). Here you can:

• Generate one-off codes through the dashboard

• Assign PointCentral devices to specific units

• Control access timing and permissions

RentEngine will automatically generate and share a unique PointCentral code for each showing. When a prospect arrives at the unit and requests access through RentEngine, they receive a valid code for their showing time. No manual intervention needed!

If you use additional verification like ID checks, codes won't generate until prospects clear those screenings.

Adding PointCentral to RentEngine

Setting up the integration is straightforward. You'll create an administrator login in your PointCentral Property Manager Portal, then connect it to RentEngine through the Lockboxes tab.

Then, map each unit to its corresponding PointCentral device when editing a property.
