Product Updates: Week 15
Today we’re unveiling our biggest-ever upgrade to Intelligence.
New reports, new data visualization, new filtering so that you can get the full value from your leasing data.
Plus: Intelligence AI is now fully-featured, ready to answer all questions about your data.
We also rolled out Availability Templates for accompanied showings and added a structured way to report and resolve lockbox issues.
Intelligence tab updates
We've rebuilt the Intelligence tab with new reports, performance charts, and an AI assistant that can answer questions about your data in real time.
AI assistant across all reports
You can ask questions about your leasing data in normal English, and the AI will query the relevant reports to give you answers.
Intelligence AI can:
Automatically pull from different reports based on your question
Answer questions like "Which agent has the least availability?" or "Is my website a good lead source?"
Continue the conversation over multiple questions
The AI uses programmatic tool calling to access the data it needs, then presents answers in plain English, with highlighted data to back up the answer.
Get specific insights without manually downloading and filtering through reports.
Property performance chart
A new visualization shows where your vacancies sit in their lifecycle and how at-risk they are based on days on market.
Each property is plotted as a dot on a timeline:
Properties on the left: leasing quickly, low days on market
Properties on the right: aged vacancies, higher risk
Color coding: red for higher risk, green for healthy performance
A cluster of red dots on the right tells you where to focus. A cluster of green on the left means properties are turning over quickly. Hover over any dot to see price changes and property-specific details.
Showings Performance Chart
A new flow chart breaks down what actually happens to your showings, from scheduled through to completion, cancellation, or no-show.
The chart traces showings through each stage so you can see, at a glance:
How many scheduled showings actually get completed
Where showings drop off — cancellations, missed appointments, auto-cancellations
The proportion of rescheduled showings that go on to happen
If you're seeing a high cancellation rate or a wide gap between scheduled and completed showings, this is where it shows up.
Agent performance report
Track individual agent performance based on their showing activity, conversion rates and showing availability.
The new agent performance report shows:
Number of showings per agent scheduled, completed, upcoming, rescheduled, missed, etc.
Agent's next 7-day availability based on their connected calendar (Google or Outlook)
Performance metrics, including calls and messages sent
Useful when you need visibility into which agents are booking the most showings, and whether agents have enough availability to support your showing volume. You can filter the entire Intelligence tab by agent to analyze specific team members.
Marketing sources reports
We've added new marketing source reports that show where your leads are coming from and how well they're converting at each stage of the leasing journey.
Availability Templates
You can now create Availability Templates and apply them across multiple properties, solving one of the biggest headaches with managing accompanied showings.
Previously, if you wanted to set property-specific availability across multiple properties, you had to configure each property individually. Every time you added a new property, you'd repeat the same setup.
Now you can create templates with custom showing windows, then apply them to multiple properties at once.
Set specific day and time ranges
Create one-off availability for open houses or special showings
Mark templates as "default" to pre-select them when creating adding new properties
Where to find it: Settings > Showings > Company > Availability Templates
At the company level, you can:

Assign templates to subteams so new properties automatically inherit the right schedule
Mark a template as default to pre-select it when adding new properties
At the property level, each property can be linked to a template or use a custom schedule. You can override a template with property-specific timing whenever you need to.
You can also set one-off availability for specific dates without creating a recurring weekly schedule — for example, "Show 123 Main Street next Thursday from 2-3 p.m. only." This works at both the company and property level.

Lockbox Troubleshooting
You can now report lockbox issues directly from the mobile app or web.
Click "Report Issue" next to the affected lockbox
Describe the problem
Add up to 5 photos
Reported issues appear in a dedicated support queue with status tracking:
Reported: Issue submitted
Pending customer feedback: Waiting for additional information
Resolved: Issue closed with resolution notes
This allows us to quickly troubleshoot and escalate any lockbox issues for fast resolution.
