Scheduling conflict warnings in the CC

When scheduling showings manually from the Command Center, you'll now see clear warnings if a time slot conflicts with agent availability.

The system prioritizes showing you days and times when agents are actually available, but you can still override if needed. When there are conflicts, you'll see a helpful note: "There are no active showing windows on this day" โ€” so you can make informed decisions about your scheduling.

You are still able to override all available showing times.

This eliminates the guesswork and prevents double-booking headaches before they happen.

Smarter tenant notifications

Stop bothering tenants who've already moved out! You can now set move-out dates to automatically stop tenant notifications after a specific date.

For example, if a tenant is moving out on August 15th, you can set that date and we'll stop sending them showing notifications after they've left.

This is especially helpful for properties with longer notice periods or situations where you're scheduling showings well in advance.

New webhook for unit status changes

For our integration partners and power users: we've added a new webhook that triggers on unit status changes.

This gives you real-time updates when units move between available, leased, on hold, and other statuses. Perfect for keeping external systems in sync with your RentEngine data or building custom workflows around status changes.

Company branding in flows

Your company logo now appears in confirmation and showing flows, giving prospects a more branded, professional experience throughout their journey.

It's a small touch that reinforces your brand at every step and helps prospects feel more confident about who they're working with.

Cleaner prospect communication

We've cleaned up the visual clutter: the black notification dot now automatically disappears when prospects reply "STOP" or "CANCEL" to your messages.

Previously, you had to manually archive these leads to clear the notification. Now it happens automatically, keeping your Command Center cleaner and more focused on active prospects who actually want to hear from you.

Automated agent cleanup

When you delete a leasing agent from your team, they're now automatically removed from all assigned properties.

No more hunting through properties to manually clean up agent assignments. One less thing to remember when managing team changes.

And that's it for Week 31! As always, send through any feature requests or bugs to ops@rentengine.io or chat to us via the Chat function.
