Product Updates: Week 38
This week we’re excited to announce the RentEngine Changelog. We now post every RentEngine update to a changelog panel in your sidebar. You'll see a badge with the number of updates you haven't opened yet, so you can catch up on your own schedule instead of ours.
Plus, when you edit a note, you'll now find every earlier version right under it. In the Archive, you'll only see the notes and follow-ups your team chose to archive.
Here's what's new in RentEngine.
RentEngine Changelog
Catch every RentEngine update in the new changelog panel
Before, you only found out about new features if you read the weekly email or noticed something different on your own. This means important updates were sometimes missed.
Now every update lands in a changelog panel in your RentEngine account sidebar. A badge shows how many updates you haven't opened yet, so you can pick up exactly where you left off.
For each update, we write a short summary and, where it helps, add a screenshot or a link to a help article.
Open it with your coffee on Monday morning, or save it for Friday and read two weeks of updates at once.
Where to find it: Click on the 3 dots next to your name in the bottom-left corner of the panel, then click What's New.
Note & Follow-Ups
Edited notes moved out of the Archive
When you edit a note, you'll now see a "See Edits" link directly under it. Click it to expand every earlier version in place.
If you edit a note three times, you'll find all three earlier versions one click away, right where you'd look for them.
In the Archive, you'll now only see the notes and follow-ups someone on your team chose to archive. If you archive a note that has edits, you can still open its "See Edits" thread from there.
Where to find it: In the Command Center, click into a prospect to open the right-side panel. In Rental Applications, it shows up in the Notes column.

Intelligence
See fraud flag status for every prospect in the Prospect report
The Prospect report in Intelligence now includes a Fraud Flagged column. This shows whether a prospect has never been flagged, currently has an open fraud flag, or had one that was later resolved.
Where to find it: Intelligence > Reports > Fraud Flagged column.

Integrations
Buildium accounts can now sync from specific property groups instead of the whole portfolio
If you run several RentEngine accounts off one Buildium account, you can now choose which Buildium property groups you sync to each RentEngine account. That way, you only import the properties each account needs. Reach our to Support via chat to help you set this up.
Where to find it: Settings > Company
