Product Updates: Week 42

This week is a quick laundry list of changes specifically requested by you.

We've dedicated one of our engineers to focus exclusively on these small tweaks that make the engine more intuitive.

Let’s dive in.

Intelligence & Reporting

Extended Intelligence Filter to 30 Days

The Intelligence tab now defaults to 30 days (previously 7 days) so you can see more of your leasing data at a glance without manually adjusting the date range every time.

Clarified Application Terminology

Throughout the Intelligence tab, Leasing Pipeline, and PDF leasing reports, we've updated the language to be more precise:

  • "Applications Sent" → "Applications Requested"

  • "Applications Received" → "Applications Submitted"

This makes it clearer which stage of the application process you're tracking and eliminates confusion between requesting an application and actually receiving a completed one.

Added Earliest Showing Date Column

The Properties report now includes an "Earliest Showing Date" column (positioned just to the left of the Earliest Move-in Date column) so you can quickly see upcoming showing availability across your portfolio.

Removed Duplicate Cities in Leasing Pipeline

Cleaned up the Leasing Pipeline dropdown to remove duplicate city entries that were making the filter harder to navigate.

Command Center

Updated Interface Color

Changed the shade of black used throughout the Command Center (and the app generally) to #262626 for better readability.

Added Full Address Details

The bottom right property box in the Command Center now displays the complete address including city, state, and zip code—giving you full context at a glance without needing to click into the property details.

Improved Follow-Up Filter

The "Show only paused follow ups" filter now reads "Show only active leads with paused follow ups" for clarity. We've also refined the filter logic so it only displays leads with paused follow-ups that are NOT in a terminal status (like Leased, Lost, or Archived). This helps you focus on the leads that actually need attention.

Property Management

Multifamily Property Names Now Visible

The Property editing flow now displays the multifamily property name at the top (e.g., "Harvest Apartments #1" instead of just "123 Main St #1") for better context when managing units within larger complexes.

Streamlined Syndication Access

Removed the Zillow icon from the Properties tab—everything now directs to the Syndication Report for a more unified experience. All your syndication monitoring happens in one place.

💡

Quick Access to Property Settings

Added a direct link (using the up-and-to-the-right arrow icon) next to each address in the Properties report. One click takes you straight to that property's editing flow—no more searching through your property list.

Pre-Filled Application Fees

For new properties being activated, the application fee now pre-fills automatically from your Company settings on the last page of the property editing flow. This saves time and ensures consistency across your portfolio.

Note: This only affects new properties going forward and won't change any currently active properties.

Showing Flow Improvements

Enhanced Location Verification

We've improved the Location Verification flow for self-guided showings based on user feedback:

Reset location instructions as a link: The instructions now appear as a clickable link in the red popup when location verification fails, making it easier for prospects to take action.

Persistent reset instructions: The "Reset instructions HERE" message now displays throughout the entire flow (not just after rejecting permissions), so prospects always know what to do if something goes wrong.

Clickable hyperlinks: Hyperlinks in the Structured Access Instructions are now clickable, making it easier for prospects to access additional resources or documentation you've provided.

That's all for Week 42. These improvements came directly from your requests—keep the feedback coming!
