Coming off the high of a few of major releases, this week we polished a few existing features and squashed some smaller bugs.

RentEngine Mobile App Recap
From Mobile Web to Native App
If you missed last week's announcement, our native mobile app is now available for iOS and Android. While our mobile web version technically worked, we heard the frustration from leasing agents in the field who struggled with basic tasks.
The new dedicated app puts the full power of RentEngine in your pocket:
Manage showings from anywhere
Respond to leads or monitor RentEngine AI conversations
Generate lockbox codes on-site
Access all property details in one place
The download chart went vertical on launch day, clear evidence of the pent-up demand for a better mobile experience.

AI Performance Improvements
Handling the Edge Cases
RentEngine AI got significantly smarter this week, with updates focused on those tricky situations that typically confuse chatbots.
Enhanced emotional intelligence - The AI now properly handles emotes, reactions, and emotional responses from prospects.
Status-aware responses - When a prospect's application is rejected or their status changes, the AI adjusts its tone and messaging appropriately, providing relevant responses.
Unusual pattern recognition - We fixed dozens of edge cases where unconventional conversation patterns could previously confuse the system, making the AI more reliable in real-world scenarios.
Additional improvements are rolling out at the end of this week as we continue refining based on actual usage patterns.

Multifamily Lead Management
Automatic Unit Assignment
A small but impactful update for multifamily properties: when a prospect inquires about a building without specifying a unit, and only one unit is available, we now automatically assign them to that unit.
Visual Property Indicators
The Properties tab now includes visual icons that instantly communicate important status information:
PMS connection indicator - See which properties are actively synced with your property management system without clicking into details.
Syndication status - Know immediately whether marketing syndication is active or paused for each property.
Mobile App Enhancement
Per-Prospect AI Control
The mobile app now includes granular control over RentEngine AI at the individual prospect level. Toggle AI on or off for specific conversations directly from the prospect screen in the Command Center
