The New Unified Command Center

The Command Center received its biggest upgrade yet, addressing two critical pain points: speed and fragmentation.

Lightning-fast performance

What previously took 4-5 seconds to load now opens instantly. We're talking milliseconds.

Complete prospect journey

The new unified chat consolidates everything:

• All properties a prospect has ever shown interest in

• Every leasing event across their entire journey

• Full conversation history without property switching

No more jumping between different property views to piece together a prospect's story. The relocated property dropdown creates a cleaner workflow, keeping everything you need in one instantly accessible place.

Agent Calendar Availability

Agent calendars now feature a powerful visual overlay that brings together all your scheduling data in one view:

Connected Google Calendar/Outlook events - See your existing commitments
Buffer zones - White outlines indicate buffer times around appointments
RentEngine showings - Red blocks show scheduled tours
Available windows - Blue areas indicate open showing slots

This visual system makes it immediately clear when you're available for showings, helping both you and your managers understand true availability at a glance.

Access these settings via Settings > Showings > Personal.

Coming soon: The same visibility features at the unit level, showing block times, notice periods, and all factors affecting unit availability.

RentEngine AI Enhancements

Our AI continues to evolve with several intelligent improvements:

Message priority detection - AI now recognizes when you're already typing and won't overwrite your draft. If you start responding before AI generates its message, your input takes priority.

On-hold awareness - Enhanced understanding of property statuses ensures AI provides appropriate responses for on-hold units, maintaining accuracy in prospect communications.

Smart quote handling - The system now properly processes text with smart quotes (those curved quotation marks from word processors), ensuring smooth conversation flow regardless of how prospects format their messages.

Showings & Prescreening

More Flexibility, Better Filtering

Flexible ID collection - A new toggle allows ID verification collection even when prospects don't initially meet prescreening requirements. This is perfect for borderline cases where you want to manually review applications.

Enhanced agent filtering - The Showings Calendar in the app now distinguishes between unit-assigned agents and showing-assigned agents for accompanied tours, providing clearer visibility into who's handling what.

Smarter availability logic - Showing Pending status now correctly reflects in availability calculations, and Outlook free events no longer incorrectly block time slots.

Mobile and Reporting Updates

Profile management - Update your display name using the avatar icon in the sidebar footer.

Android navigation fix - Resolved the persistent scrolling bug that was affecting Android users' ability to navigate longer lists and conversations.
