Days on Market — tracked property by property, rolled up into a portfolio-wide median and average
Property Health — units flagged Healthy or At-risk based on how they're performing against your benchmarks
Showing Feedback and Showings Scheduled — prospect notes and appointment counts
New Prospects and Benchmark Level — lead volume and how each property compares against your targets
Communication Activity — outbound texts and touchpoints logged per property
The app also comes with a custom dashboard, pre-built with portfolio-wide metrics, so you get an instant read on how leasing is trending overall, without pulling a separate report. Everything on the board is grouped by health status, so at-risk units surface immediately.
How to connect
Connecting RentEngine to monday.com takes just a few minutes.
Install the RentEngine app from the monday.com marketplace and connect it with your RentEngine API token.
In Settings, set your lookback period and choose which unit statuses to sync — anywhere from Incomplete and Available through Leased and Archived.
Save your filters. Your board and dashboard populate automatically and refresh daily — or trigger an instant sync anytime with Sync Now.
