Three-bedroom, one-bathroom renovated long-term rental home located 5 minutes from Correy Station and Naval Hospital. Interior features a living room with vinyl flooring, lots of windows, a farm-style kitchen, and a dining area combined with an oven, fridge, and dishwasher. The bathroom has been updated with a tiled shower/tub combo and granite countertops. All three bedrooms have a closet and vinyl flooring. The backyard is expansive with a shed that is offered "as-is" and this is where the washer/dryer hookups are located (tenant to provide their own washer and dryer) 10 minutes to NAS Pensacola. Showings are by appointment only and are accompanied by an agent. Security deposit is a full month's rent or based on application findings; roommate deposits are 75% of base rent per roommate. Lease commencement must be within 14 days of approval (or 14 days from expected availability). Not set up for housing vouchers. Fees: $100 lease prep before move-in; $75 application fee per adult; no co-signers or guarantors.
