To complete this rental application, you must be prepared to provide at least 2 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. You must provide a valid email address for your property manager in order for us to obtain a rental verification. You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income, and please note that most properties require that applicant combined take home pay is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount. Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application. No felony convictions in the last 5 years. No evictions within the last 3 years. Minimum credit score 500. If you have a credit score between 500 and 599, your application may be denied on those groups. If the property owner allows approval, the security deposit would be 2 times normal amount with a credit score 500-549, and 1.5 times normal amount with a credit score 550-599. If, in your current situation, you do not have a job, skip the information requested about your employer. However, you must still meet the requirements to complete the application, such as income (explain your other source of income) or housing assistance. Application Fees are non-refundable.
