Application Fee and Pre-Qualification Information and Utility Account Information: Applicant understands after completing the application they will be asked to pay an application fee of $55.00, this application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. Applicant chooses to submit application and accepts the application fee. Applicant understands all residents 18 years of age and older must complete a separate application and pay a $55.00 NON-REFUNDABLE application fee. This facility may or may not accept animals and does not allow smoking. If animals are allowed, the animal must be registered at PetScreening.com. All prospects must visit PetScreening.com and verify no animal will be in the unit or register the animal. PetScreening.com charges $20 to register the first animal. A monthly tech fee of $5 is required. Renters insurance is required. ($20 unless proof of third party renters insurance is provided) Criminal history and eviction history will be evaluated. Please note that as part of this process, all applicant names are cross-referenced with the national sex offender registry. All bankruptcies must be fully discharged to qualify. Total monthly income must be at least 3X the monthly rent rate. Employment verification including copies of current pay stubs and previous landlord verifications will be conducted. Rent is due on the first and late fees WILL be applied. Credit scores below 500 may be considered as long as the other leasing criteria are met. While we utilize automated software (Rent Engine) and Artificial Intelligence to organize application data, all final leasing decisions are independently reviewed and made by our human property management team. This application is good for 30 days, you may apply for any apartment managed by Page1 Property Management and not be subject to an additional application fee for the next 30 days. Page1 Property Management will process COMPLETED and APPROVED applications in the order received. If there are multiple applicants for the same apartment, the best pre-qualified applicant to complete and provide all required documents and meet all leasing requirements will be accepted. There may be an additional fee to reserve apartment if unable to immediately occupy the unit. If your application is approved, Page1 Property Management will submit your contact information to Citizen Home Solutions, a concierge utility connection service. Citizen Home Solutions will contact you to assist with setting up your utilities, phone service, cable/satellite TV, and security monitoring. We recommend you deal directly with Citizen Home Solutions for these connections, although, you may deal directly with the utility provider if you wish. By submitting your application, you hereby agree that Page1 Property Management may provide your contact information to Citizen Home Solutions and they may contact you.
