- a combined monthly, net household income of 3X the monthly rent,
- good standing credit - minimum score of 600,
- and no prior evictions or collections from any apartment complexes
Along with your application, please include a copy of your photo ID as well as two consecutive months of your most recent pay stubs or other proof of income. We will not accept W2s as proof of income.
The application includes full criminal background, credit check as well as eviction judgment
Animals are allowed on a case-by-case basis per the owner's instructions.
Per HOA Rules and Regulations: No exotic pets are permitted. Dogs, cats, and other pets in, on, and about Landing Condominiums are only permitted when in compliance with the Rules and Regulations of the Association. Two pets are permitted per unit and cannot exceed a combined total of 50 lbs. Dangerous breeds and pets are not allowed. Dangerous breeds include but are not limited to Pitbulls, Dobermans, German Sheppard, Rottweilers, etc.
