Pet Policy

Pet Friendly: Pet Friendly Pets are welcome at many of our properties. If pets are permitted at the property, approved applicants will be asked to complete a PetScreening profile prior to offering a lease agreement. Pet-related charges may include: • Monthly pet rent: $50–$75 per pet • One-time pet fee: $199–$225 per unit (non-refundable) • PetScreening fee: $30 per pet, paid directly to PetScreening.com Pet fees and pet rent are determined based on PetScreening results. Assistance animal and service animal accommodation requests are handled in accordance with applicable fair housing laws and are exempt from pet fees and PetScreening charges.

Rental Requirements

To help applicants determine whether a home may be a good fit, most qualified applicants generally meet the following guidelines: • Combined gross household income of approximately 3x the monthly rent • Credit score of 650+ • Positive rental history • Positive credit history • Stable, verifiable income and employment • Satisfactory background screening results Additional Information • Every occupant age 18 or older must submit a separate application • Applicants may be asked to complete identity and income verification during the screening process • Qualified co-signers may be considered in certain situations Please note: Applications are reviewed as a whole using screening results, rental history, income verification, and supporting documentation.
