RentEngine Pricing

RentEngine costs $45 dollars per listing, one-time. There is no recurring monthly fee, so even if the property takes 2 months to rent, you won’t be billed again.

This usually means that you spend a little more during your busy leasing months and less during the slow season. 

There is no recurring monthly fee based on your unit count. Simply pay for what you use.

Full-service onboarding 

There's a one-time onboarding fee starting at $500. This covers the full transition from your current platform to RentEngine.

Here's what the onboarding team handles:

• Full data migration: All active listings, lockboxes, scheduled showings, and user accounts transfer over — extracted and imported the same day as your onboarding meeting, so your team goes live that afternoon.

• Live guided training: A 90-minute session to fully train your leasing team on the platform. Complex accounts could also include a 30-minute pre-onboarding call to align on configuration before the main session.

• Additional training sessions: If your team needs more time before going live, RentEngine can coordinate follow-up sessions to make sure everyone feels prepared.

• Ongoing support: Scheduled check-ins during the first week and month, plus access to RentEngine University and live US-based support, seven days a week.

Additional costs & features

• Integrated messaging and voice calls are charged at carrier rates with no markup. 

• Lockbox fees: billed at the manufacturers wholesale rates with no markup. We are also able to help coordinate the purchase of lockboxes at discounted rates from the manufacturers. 

  • As of March 2025, the monthly lockbox fees are:

    • CodeBox: $2 per box per month

    • SentriLock: $5 per box per month

    • Igloo: $3 per lock per month

• Unlimited users: add your whole team (including VAs) with no additional fees
